What’s your shop for?
A while back, we created some goodies to celebrate our first birthday, and give to the partners and learners who’d been with us from the start. When we shared pictures of them on Twitter and Facebook, a lot of you asked how you could get your hands on them too, and the FutureLearn shop was born. You can read more here.
What is your return and exchange policy?

I entered the wrong address for my order. How can I update it?
Email email@example.com quoting your order number. We’ll work out if the address can be changed. If your order has already been shipped this won’t be possible, but contact us anyway to see if we can work something out.

Can I track my order?
If your order included tracking, we’ll email you tracking information as soon as we’ve shipped your order. Please note: this email will arrive separately from your order confirmation email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, products are available for shipping worldwide.
Will I have to pay taxes, customs or duties?
Yes. Please be aware that for shipments from the UK to an international location (international shipments), you’ll be responsible for paying local taxes, customs or duties. In some cases, these additional charges may be higher than the order value of the shipment.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location, the weight of the products you purchase and the method of delivery you select.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship our orders worldwide from the UK, using Royal Mail. For more information about expected delivery times, please see our delivery policy. If you believe your order may have got lost in the post, please email us with your order number at email@example.com and we can investigate further.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We don’t presently accept PayPal or any other online payments.
